负压称量罩
称量罩是一种用于制药、微生物研究和科学实验等场所专用的局部净化设备。称量罩出风面沉降式低压气流均流于操作区域内，产生一个洁净无菌的局部环境。10%的空气经过高效过滤器排到称量罩外部，使称量罩内部工作区域对外呈微负压状态，从而避免粉尘随气流外泄，降低称量过程对洁净室内环境的污染并有效的避免了不同药品之间的交叉污染。设备的气流对所在房间而言是自循环，因而设备的运行/停止均不会对房间压差产生影响。通过气流组织确认，设备内的气流不会流向设备外部。

特性说明 Features ：
1、称量罩后侧和上侧箱体采用优质 SUS304 (T=1.2mm 局部 1.5mm) 不锈钢经折弯、焊接、拼装成形。
2、两侧箱体采用氧化镁和岩棉防火板，表面为SUS304拉丝不锈钢板 （T=0.8mm)，平整度高，方便清洁。
3、电控箱可选择内置和外置两种方式。
4、出风面为高分子均流膜，风速均匀度可控制在 5%-10%之内， 初、 中、高效过滤器均可从前方拆装更换。
